BIOGRAPHY OF LYN GILLETT Lyn Gillett is a professional Vocalist and Vocal Teacher
with vast experience as a performer and singing teacher in all styles
of contemporary music. With a special interest in vocal health Lyn
Gillett is a contemporary style specialist, singing teacher or vocal
coach. As winner of Jazz Solo Artist of the Year 2000 in the
Entertainer of the Year Awards in her home state of Queensland, based
on the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, Lyn Gillett has a wealth of
experience in the entertainment industry to impart to her students.
Her rich and mellow voice endearing her to both jazz fans and lovers

of post graduate studies in Vocal Pedagogy, ensures students of the

25 years of professional vocal performance experience. As a member of ANATS (Australian National Association
of Teachers of Singing), Lyn Gillett is continually informed of new
developments in Voice Science and regularly attends and participates
